[10PZD] 10th Panzer Division

The 10th Panzer is famous for being Erwin Rommel's own division. Disbanded after Rommel's part in the Valkyrie plot to kill Hitler, the 10th Panzer remains the only division to be obliterated and never returned to service. It wasn't until the 1950's, in honor of those brave men that stood up against the tyrant, that the new German army founded another 10th Panzer, which to this day remains one of the elite forces in the German army. This clan is inspired by the modern 10 Panzerdivision (10th Armored in English) that is currently serving in Iraq and Afghanistan as part of the war on terror. We hope, through honoring their actions, to uphold the same standards that they stand for, as well as to remember those who paved the way and fought not for a tyrant...but against one, an action which cost them their very lives and freedom.
