Min Reqs
R1 = 48.5% overall WR
R2 = 950 Overall, or 1,100 Recent WN8
R3 = 3 days active per week between 6 and 8 PM EST
R4 = At least 1 tier VIII tank, or 3 tier VI tanks of any class.
R5 = Be on the raidcall server ( 7992858 ) for all clan events.
The only thing I ask beyond that is that you give an iota of respect and consideration to the rest of the general player base in game and on the forums.
